The terms for this waitlist site.
Last updated 15 September 2026
These terms apply to this marketing waitlist website, including the scripted demo. They are not a product subscription agreement. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.
Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and Plumeo. “Site” means this waitlist website, including the scripted studio demo. “Waitlist” means the email list we use to send early-access invites.
Using the site
You may browse the site, try the demo, and join the waitlist if you are old enough to consent to receive email in your country (and at least 16).
You agree not to:
- Break the law or scrape the site in a way that harms it.
- Submit someone else’s email without their permission.
- Probe, overload, or interfere with the site or the waitlist form.
- Treat the demo as a live production tool or upload confidential client work into it. The demo is a scripted preview.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a launch date, a seat, or any particular product features. We invite people in small groups as capacity opens.
We may close, pause, or reopen the list. We may refuse or remove a signup that is abusive or clearly invalid.
When the product is available, using it will be covered by a separate agreement. These terms stay limited to this website.
Intellectual property
Plumeo owns the site’s design, copy, wordmark, and demo content, or we use it under licence. You may not copy the site for a competing product or reuse the demo footage and scripts as your own.
You keep ownership of the email address you submit. You grant us permission to store it and to email you about your invite, as described in the privacy policy.
Privacy
How we process personal data is set out in the privacy policy. If these terms and the privacy policy conflict on a data-protection point, the privacy policy controls.
Third-party services
The site is hosted by Netlify. Waitlist emails are stored by Neon. Usage analytics are processed by PostHog. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for outages on their side, though we will try to keep the waitlist working.
Disclaimer
The site is provided as-is, for information and waitlist signup. Marketing copy describes what we are building; it is not a warranty that every feature will ship in a given form or on a given date.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Plumeo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or the waitlist.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
If a dispute cannot be resolved by email, the courts and laws that apply to Plumeo’s establishment will govern these terms, except that you keep any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. If you are in the EEA or UK, your GDPR rights sit in the privacy policy and are not reduced by this clause.
Changes
We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site and ask us to remove your waitlist email.
